The ABBA mania reached a global dimension on the 6th of April 1974 when the won the Eurovision song contest in Brighton, England (GB) with the song that launched their international career, i.e. Waterloo.
ABBA sang songs in their own language, i.e. Swedish, as well as English, Spanish and German.
